We are driving for the finish line now. All we need is a focus. Trump will keep on breaking the law until the day he is thrown out. It is part of his strategy. He hopes that each day's new crime will take our eyes off yesterday's. If we keep stopping each day to add in the latest addition to our complaint, we will never finish the complaint. We need to just pick a target and go for it.
The last paragraph of Article VI. of the Constitution states:
all executive and judicial Officers, of the United States, ... shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; That in a nut shell pretty much defines everything we need to object to in both Trump's actions and the Supreme Court's. They are bound by oath to support the Constitution, and they have failed to do so. That in a nut shell is all that needs to be charged and proven. As long as 2/3 of the Senate agrees.
